About Lizzie Venter: Lizzie is an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor who works with young people (13+) and adults. She has worked in Private Practice and a number of secondary schools over the last 15 years. She offers both long and short-term counselling and uses an Integrative Counselling approach. This means she works using many different counselling approaches, such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Systemic and Internal Family Systems, depending on each person’s preference and need. Lizzie works with people with many different kinds of difficulties, such as bereavement and relationship breakdowns, trauma-related difficulties and diagnoses, chronic anxiety and depression based difficulties, and has a special interest in working with neuro-divergence both diagnosed and undiagnosed. |
