Elizabeth Mansfield - Reflexology/Reiki/Jin Shin Jyutsu I bring many life experiences to my work as a Complementary Health Therapist, offering a compassionate understanding of the part that trauma and stress can play in our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. Tensions and stress can be caused by many factors and, whilst I support clients with a variety of issues, I have a particular interest in working with women who are struggling to juggle and cope with the many demands that life can bring. My initial training in natural therapies started some 25 years ago, when they helped my own recovery from incapacitating ill-health. The treatments I offer help to release accumulated tension and stress, unlock stuck emotions, and bring deep relaxation, helping to support the body’s own healing ability – and I offer an initial consultation to help you to decide whether Reflexology, Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu or Essential Emotions Coaching, or a combination, may best support you. |
Tracy Evans - Craniosacral Therapist My interest in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) started after my son was treated following a traumatic birth. It made a real difference to both him and me. I consequently had regular CST sessions during my second pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter. I was so impressed and inspired, I decided that this was the path for me and enrolled on a 3 year training. I am passionate about helping and supporting mothers and babies throughout pregnancy, following birth and during those early formative years. My Craniosacral life consists of both private practice and teaching. I have been in private practice since 2004 and am based at the Surrey Injury Clinic in Horley, Surrey, where I hold a clinic two days a week. I am an international teacher of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. I am a Director and Co-Founder of Circle Cranio, a biodynamic craniosacral school based in Exeter - https://circlecranio.com. where we bring a new and innovative approach to graduating the next generation of skilled practitioners. My extensive teaching experience includes Course Director CTET, London before resigning in 2021. I also headed up their teaching clinic, as Clinic Director for over 10 years. I am a Senior Tutor on two foundation courses in Wroclaw, Poland and have taught in China, USA and assisted on trainings in Sweden. I am an accredited Supervisor listed with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK. I have been in supervision myself since graduating in 2004 and consider it an essential part of being a practitioner. I am registered with the International Association of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT) and hold an Advanced Biodynamic Diploma (ABD). I am a member of both the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) & Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of both associations. |

Anna Payne - Hypnotherapy For many years, I've combined sports massage, functional exercise, and Pilates in my professional work to assist individuals with physical issues. However, with my own arthritis, I was in search of a less physically demanding way to help others. My personal experience, and that of my family members, led me to realise that Hypnotherapy could assist people in healing and becoming their best selves whilst allowing me to continue to use the skills I had gained in my former professions. After receiving the suggestion from my own Hypnotherapist, I trained at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and now practice at the Surrey Injury Clinic in Horley, which offers a wide range of specialties. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is when a client expresses that their therapy has had a transformative impact on their life. |
