About Psychotherapy: If you are struggling with low self-confidence, divorce or breakup, self-harm, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, loss, relationship problems or eating and body issues, and looking for a warm, approachable therapist, I can help. I offer a safe, compassionate space where together, we can explore issues that may be causing you pain, anger or sadness, and work proactively towards changes, big and small. Psychodynamic therapy works by deepening insight into unhelpful or even toxic unconscious beliefs and patterns that can, unknowingly, hold us back. By drawing upon psychodynamic concepts and techniques, I can help you improve your relationships, soothe anxiety and negative thinking, and work through trauma and sabotaging behaviours or addictions that may be preventing you from living the way you want and fulfilling your potential.
